Preschool- Age 3 (must be potty trained) to 5th grade welcome!!

Please fill out the form below to let us know that you are coming! Registration will also be available at the start of VBS from 8:30 - 9:00 a.m.

If you have multiple children, please fill out a separate form for each child.

Lunch will be provided so please let us know of any allergies. Parents please pickup your children at 12:00 p.m.
